Improve model card: link to paper, set correct pipeline tag

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding a link to the paper: https://huggingface.co/papers/2505.24581
- Changing pipeline tag from
sentence-similaritytofeature-extraction, enabling to find your model at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=feature-extraction.
