Add pipeline tag and sample evaluation usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
This PR improves the discoverability of your model by adding the robotics pipeline tag to the metadata. I've also updated the model card to include a sample evaluation command from your GitHub documentation, helping users quickly understand how to run the pre-trained checkpoints in simulation.
