Improve model card: add metadata, paper and code links

This PR improves the model card for AtomThink-LLaVA-Llama3-8B. Key improvements include:
- Adding YAML metadata for
license,pipeline_tag(image-text-to-text), andlibrary_name(transformers). - Adding a link to the research paper: AtomThink: Multimodal Slow Thinking with Atomic Step Reasoning.
- Adding a link to the official GitHub repository for code and framework details.
- Maintaining the existing performance comparison tables and citations.
