License CC BY 4.0 or CC BY NC 4.0

So on the tag it says CC BY 4.0 but in the actual LICENSE file it's CC BY NC 4.0, which is kind of confusing. Could you please clarify it? It would so nice if it is CC BY 4.0!
Apologies, the license is inherited from Kyutai, so it's CC BY 4.0. I've updated the LICENSE file to reflect this.
