Are there Reccommended Sampler Parameters?

I'm wondering if there are any recommended parameters? should I be following - https://huggingface.co/KaraKaraWitch/GoldDiamondGold-L33-70b/discussions/3 ?
Most of my models I playtested follow those sampler settings. So yeah feel free to follow those :)
