Improve language tag

Hi! As the model is multilingual, this is a PR to add other languages than English to the language tag to improve the referencing. Note that 29 languages are announced in the README, but only 13 are explicitly listed. I was therefore only able to add these 13 languages.

I'll work on adding metadata about all languages to my quantization script in few days
P.s. I didn't think that someone downloaded my models, which I automatically uploaded to hugging face hub to debug the script:)

I made changes to the quantization script so that the languages from the metadata are not overwritten, but the original model also only has English in the metadata (see photo).
