Possible incorrect PEFT/LoRA state in released safetensors checkpoint

Hi, thank you for sharing your work and releasing your model.
The released safetensors checkpoint appears to contain mixed PEFT weights and may not be in a clean inference-ready state - could you please clarify what the correct loading procedure should be?
