I see model there. Not everyone is skilled to understand what is trademark. Finally, not every US trademark applies in other countries. If there is problem, the trademark owner is to complain.

Maybe Hugginface decides they are in breach of terms and conditions, or Anthropic, that they are using their trademark...

I have seen known international trademarks used in third world countries without any scruples.
