Add pipeline tag, library metadata, and link to paper

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

This pull request improves the metadata of your model to make it more discoverable. Specifically, I've:

Added library_name: transformers and pipeline_tag: text-generation to the YAML metadata. This enables the "Use in Transformers" button and ensures the model is correctly categorized on the Hub.
Added a link to the paper page on Hugging Face Papers.

These changes help researchers and practitioners find and use your work more effectively!
