where is the unquantized version? i need the raw(i want to run in full precision)

i really dont want to run it quantized
pretty sure its behind a paywall
pretty confuse do i need to buy to be able to dowload that model i am talking about the quantized version of it available here on hugging face. cause when i click dowload nothing happen
