Add model card for CubiD

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face. I noticed this repository didn't have a model card yet.

This PR adds a model card for CubiD, including:

A link to the paper: Cubic Discrete Diffusion: Discrete Visual Generation on High-Dimensional Representation Tokens.
A link to the official GitHub repository.
Metadata including the pipeline_tag for unconditional image generation to improve discoverability.
