First time SD.Next user, what parameters should be used?

First I was a bit confused by all the choices under the sampler section and can't seem to get a normal output. Are we supposed to use specific sampler settings for this? Also, are SDNQ's generally slow? This 3060ti and 16GB ram in comfyui with z-image FP8 takes 10-20 seconds while it's nearly 3x slower on SD.next depending on settings, maybe more.
CFG: 1.0
Sampler: Default
Steps: 9
Any model will run 2x slower if you don't set the CFG to 1.0
SDNext also has balanced offload turned on by default that will offload the model. You are very short on System RAM with that, try setting the offload mode to none.
