Improve model card: add paper links, authors, and usage instructions

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR improves the model card for SiMO by:
- Adding links to the Arxiv paper and GitHub repository.
- Including the author names.
- Updating the title to match the official paper name: "Single-Modality-Operable Multimodal Collaborative Perception".
- Adding detailed installation and inference instructions directly from the GitHub README to help users get started.
These changes help researchers more easily find, understand, and cite your work!
