Created a Gradio Web UI / Space for testing this model!

Hi team!
Thank you for releasing this amazing Kinyarwanda TTS model. Since there wasn't a dedicated web interface for it yet, I went ahead and built a Hugging Face Space so people can easily test the voices directly in their browser.

I included a clean UI, a random sentence generator with agricultural examples, hardware/time tracking, and made sure to properly credit C4IR-RW and KiNLP in the footer.
