Hello! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face. I noticed this model is part of the EarthBridge project, which was developed for the 4th Multi-modal Aerial View Image Challenge (MAVIC-T).

This PR adds a model card and metadata to:

Set the library_name to transformers.
Set the pipeline_tag to image-feature-extraction.
Provide links to the original paper and the GitHub repository.
Include a description of the model's role within the EarthBridge framework.

This information helps users discover and utilize the model effectively.
