Can someone please convert this to ggml for use with whisper.cpp

Yes I'm fairly amused by existing whisper models mixed results when translating russian; but why the latest Russian ice-breaker uses a "plush coat" (whisper-v3-large) to transfer items to shore instead of a "flat bottomed speed boat" (Yandex) is a mystery for the ages - please help.

Thank you for your work. I am using the f16 and it works great with dirty/noisy audio files. Currently using EasyWhisperUI.
One question, to make it work with Audacity's openvino plugin it needs to also have an xml file. Do you by any chance generated one when you converted or would be able to do it?
