Why is the first frame head swap the other way around?
The first frame is using the body of my face picture...
You're only inputting the face image and not the body image. You need to provide both at the same time, first the body image, then the face image. The way you did it, the body is only being used to define the size of the resulting image and not as input. Look at my workflow and copy it from there.
Ah I see, your vanilla workflow is complete but somehow my openclaw deleted something during its execution. I still want to use it to create a long-running workflow on longer, segmented videos. Sorry about the question that is not inherent to your workflow.
