This software and its associated model weights (the “Model”) are provided under the terms of this CreativeML Open RAIL-M–Derived License.

By using, reproducing, modifying, or distributing the Model, you agree to comply with the conditions set forth below.

The Model may be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided that all use complies with the restrictions defined in Section 2 of this license.
