Fix the missed "17 specialists" line on the demo-handoff slide

Slide 7 (Live demo) blockquote still said
"17 specialists, ~10 seconds, audit-grade prose. Watch the Stones
light up." That line was outside the visual sweep I did earlier; my
prior commits only touched slides 3, 4, and 5.

Now reads: "Five Stones, around ten seconds, audit-grade prose.
Watch the evidence light up."

That should be the last specialist-vocab leak in the deck — final
grep across deck.md and slides/README.md is clean.
