Grant of Rights

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create
derivative works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the
Licensed Work.

Limitations

You may not use the Licensed Work for a Commercial Purpose without
obtaining a commercial license from the Licensor.

A "Commercial Purpose" means any use of the Licensed Work that is
intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary
compensation. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Offering the Licensed Work as a hosted or managed service

  generating activities

Non-Commercial Use
