## factor_matrix.csv
- `bucket`: plain-language grouping such as `What looks normal` or `What looks unusual or contested`.
- `score`: deterministic evidence-pressure contribution from supporting sources.
- `public_interpretation`: reader-facing explanation of the factor.

## source_index.csv
- `source_kind`: source tier assigned by the research lane.
- `used_for_factors`: semicolon-separated factors supported by the source.
- `fetched`: whether the lane fetched the source page directly rather than seeing it only through RSS/search metadata.

## evidence_links.md
- Reader-facing Markdown links for every cited source used by the factor matrix.
