# Union Street

Union Street is an AI lab based in San Francisco, focused on local models, agent infrastructure, and practical open-source AI systems.

Current work centers on:

- local-first model serving on Apple Silicon and GPU infrastructure
- agent tooling, evals, and long-context workflows
- post-training experiments for useful, candid, technically capable assistants
- selective open releases from the Union Street lab

Selected projects:

- **Helios Rabbit**: an experimental identity and behavior LoRA for Qwopus/Qwen3.5 MoE.
- **UnionBench**: evaluation work for speed, reasoning, alignment, and long-horizon coding tasks.
