# Fox Valley AI Foundation

**Community AI education nonprofit based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.**

We believe powerful AI shouldn't require a data center. Our work focuses on making local LLM inference practical, efficient, and accessible to everyone.

## What We Do

**Research** — Open-source work on inference optimization, model compression (REAP, AWQ), KV cache strategies, and multi-GPU serving on consumer hardware.

**Education** — Community workshops, meetups, and resources helping people in the Fox Valley region understand and use AI tools.

**Open Source** — Everything we build ships public. If it helped us, it should help you.
