# IgCraft: A generative model for paired human antibody sequence design

This repository stores the model weights for IgCraft. You can read more about the model in our [paper](https://arxiv.org/abs/2503.19821), and use the model via our github [repo](https://github.com/mgreenig/IgCraft).

IgCraft is a sequence generative model for that can sample full or partial paired human antibody sequences in a variety of design contexts.
The model has the ability to perform unconditional and conditional sampling and optionally condition on structural information when available. 
In particular, the model performs de novo sequence generation, inpainting, inverse folding, and CDR motif scaffolding at levels competitive with 
state-of-the-art task-specific models, while consistently producing antibody sequences with a better humanness profile than species-agnostic tools.
