## 🌌 Overview
**Excela** is a merged generative model developed under the **Excela-XL Project**,  
combining multiple high-fidelity model architectures for balanced realism, expressive tone,  
and prompt accuracy.

This release is part of the **Excela-XL Closed Beta Program**,  
distributed only to selected testers for **evaluation and feedback** purposes.

- Access to this repository is limited to approved testers.  
- Redistribution, sharing, or re-uploading of any model files or outputs is **strictly prohibited**.  
- Use of this model is restricted to **non-commercial research and testing** only.  
- Participation implies agreement with the Excela-XL Closed Beta terms.
