| **Excela** is a merged generative model developed under the **Excela-XL Project**, |
| combining multiple high-fidelity model architectures for balanced realism, expressive tone, |
| and prompt accuracy. |

| This release is part of the **Excela-XL Closed Beta Program**, |
| distributed only to selected testers for **evaluation and feedback** purposes. |
