Responsible and Ethical Use

(b) Users shall ensure alignment with the National AI Strategy of India and global frameworks such as the UNESCO AI Ethics Recommendation.

Global Interoperability

This license is designed to be compatible with the permissive global open-source MIT license. Works released under this license may be combined with or redistributed under MIT license, provided that the attribution and compliance conditions above are met.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL ANRF OR THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCTS LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE, FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
